The product came as discribedand was in excellent shape, fast delivery very exceptional for the price

The way they shipped it was great, it came in great condition. The only complaint I have is, The tree I got looks NOTHING like the one in the picture. Don’t get me wrong it is still very cool, but it is very misleading.

Received cluster of bonsai trees in good condition and planted as directed. They are still alive and growing time will tell if they continue thru the winter.

my plant was in great health. A little wilted, but that is normal. does include instructions. will buy again.
