I will admit, I was very hesitant buying this after reading the 3 negative reviews on the main item page description, but I ordered it anyways, I always wanted a flowering bonsai as I only have had the pleasure of having regular bonsais. But when I received, it was extremely healthy and taken care of. Only 3 leaves needed to be trimmed due to discoloration from being inside the box. I know it will take time to flwoer and won’t expect it right away. My only concern is that the potting soil is not what I expected. I expected it to be softer and easier like the soil is supposed to be with bonsais, but instead it was regular soil with wood and rock in it. When I got to transplant it later on, I will be fixing that for sure because I want it to grow up healthy.
But it’s growing quite well and nothing was broken or dead. It was shipped out the next day and arrived at my house 3 days later. The other negative reviews probably had their shipping take longer and that is why the leaves were dissatisfying.
Awesome work on this little guy, I would buy from you again.

I am really please with this bonsai. I can already see that it is going to bloom soon, i am so looking forward to the sight and the smell.
My only problem with this item is that i received it WITHOUT the plate that i shown on the pic. Amazon resent me the whole thing again (They can’t send only part of the item) but still the plate didn’t come with it.
I don’t understand why i didn’t get the item the way it was shown on the website….that’s a pity i am quite disappointed.

I was a bit worried from some of the reviews I read here on Amazon, but this Bonsai arrived as pictured(minus the flowers, not in blooming season) I even used Amazon’s free supersaver shipping. We have only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. Very good value from Brussel’s.

The bonsai was packed well and looked great out of the box. It shed a lot of leaves about a week after arriving, giving us a scare, but new leaves are now sprouting out all over the place. It’s healthy and growing.

My Gardenia Bonsai Tree arrived today, and she’s in terrific condition, complete with a bloom and at least two more, on the way! There are no yellowing or brown leaves and the soil, upon arrival, was very moist to the touch! The bonsai pot is nice and large and mine’s a gorgeous color blue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this fragrant, beautiful and well grown bonsai, to any bonsai lover and makes a terrific gift! Ships quickly and packed very safely.

So i ordered this gardenia and its gorgeous. Ive had it now for a couple of weeks and i leave it in my window. The sun form this is enough to feed it , along with some water everyday. Very healthy plant and a very healthy idea. Great guy to buy from….call Lou.

The tree came with no problems. It was packed well, no issues with the packaging or anything, it was all perfectly intact. It is very healthy, with a ton of buds and has no problems whatsoever. Fancy fancy little tree.
